Mr. Pandini works with compliance matters in Brazil and abroad since 2014. Mr. Pandini has experience conducting and coordinating internal investigations and assistance related to anti-corruption legislation violations (FCPA and Brazil’s Clean Company Act), elaboration of compliance training, review of agreements under anti-corruption legislation, risk assessment, implementation and review of policies and codes of conduct, and compliance due diligence in corporate and commercial transactions, as well as assistance in communication with authorities. Between 2019 and 2020, Mr. Pandini participated in an attorney training program promoted by Maeda Ayres and Sarubbi together with Miller & Chevalier Chartered, in Washington D.C. Mr. Pandini holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2013), he is certified by SCCE Basic Compliance & Ethics Academy (2013) and has completed the Compliance Officer Preparatory Course of Legal Ethics and Compliance (LEC) in 2014) and a Compliance course from Fundação Getulio Vargas (2016). Mr. Pandini is currently pursuing the Professional Master’s Degree in Law at FGV São Paulo Law School.
