Mr. Tristão works with Compliance and Anti-Corruption since 2021. His practice focuses on internal investigations related to violations of Brazilian and foreign anti-corruption legislation, conducting of anti-corruption and compliance due diligences, as well as drafting internal compliance policies, codes of conduct and with the implementation of compliance programs. He also has experience in Insolvency matters. Mr. Tristão has graduated from Universidade de São Paulo in 2022.
