OVERVIEW
Ms. Bidlovsky practice focuses on the areas of Compliance and Anti-corruption and has extensive experience in conducting high complex internal investigations, with report to Brazilian and foreign authorities, board of directors and external auditors. Her experience also includes assistance in conducting anti-corruption compliance risk assessments to clients from different industry sectors, as well as support for implementation, review and monitoring of compliance programs, including reviewing of internal policies and procedures and conducting compliance training.
Fernanda leads the firm’s ESG practice. She has solid experience in conducting internal investigations related to behavioral issues (e.g., moral and sexual harassment, discrimination of any nature), human rights violations and safety and environmental issues, as well as conducting corporate integrity risk analysis and implementation of integrity programs covering ESG aspects and conducting related training.
Ms. Bidlovsky is internationally recognized by organizations such as Chambers and Partners, Leaders League and Best Lawyers. She was selected as one of the top 100 women in the world who work in international investigations, according to research conducted by the Global Investigations Review.
Prior to joining Maeda, Ayres & Sarubbi, Ms. Bidlovsky was a senior associate at the compliance department of an international law firm. In addition, Ms. Bidlovsky worked with the compliance area of an American medical equipment multinational company in Rochester, N.Y.
Ms. Bidlovsky is a licensed lawyer in Brazil (2005) and in New York (USA – 2013).
