Mainara Massuella focuses her practice on compliance, investigations, and government enforcement since 2019. She has participated in and conducted internal investigations involving behavioral issues, human rights, and corporate integrity. Ms. Massuella’s work encompasses the development of internal policies, implementation of compliance programs, and reporting to authorities.

With solid experience in Brazilian labor law, Ms. Massuella conducts internal investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination, as well as training on behavioral deviations and interpersonal relationships. Her experience also includes conducting human rights due diligence in companies of various sizes and sectors, as well as in their supply chains.

Ms. Massuella earned her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2019), she is specialized in People Management and Labor Compliance by Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2021). She holds a post-graduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2022) and in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (2023).
