Olivia Castello Branco has been working with matters related to corporate governance and compliance since 2018, having also worked with corporate law and capital markets. She has experience in corporate restructurings, internal investigations, drafting of internal policies, negotiating agreements with public authorities, especially agreements with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, and conducting due diligence in M&A transactions. She also has experience in the third sector, having worked in the creation of several social organizations, as well as in advocacy projects related to the development of private social investment in Brazil. Olivia holds a law degree from FGV Direito SP (2015) and a post-graduate degree in corporate compliance from FGV Law (2021).
