Thomas Greco focuses his practice on corporate compliance and investigations since 2023, with an emphasis on Latin America. He has coordinated several internal and independent corporate investigations concerning a wide variety of issues. He has advised companies on implementing and enhancing its compliance programs, including designing specific policies, procedures, and training and conducting compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments. He has represented companies before local Brazilian authorities in enforcement actions.

Mr. Greco also has international experience and is a qualified lawyer in Brazil (2018) and in New York (2023). In 2022, he joined the World Bank Group’s Integrity Vice Presidency and contributed to the department responsible for investigating allegations of irregularities in projects financed by Bank. Between 2022 and 2023, he was part of the White Collar & Investigations practice group at the Washington D.C. office of the international law firm Steptoe.

Mr. Greco earned his LL.B from Pontifícia Universidade Católica PUC-SP (2017), his postgraduate degree in Corporate Compliance from FGV São Paulo Law Scholl (2019), and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center (2022).
