Fábio focuses his practice on corporate compliance and investigations since 2014. He has extensive experience in high-profile internal investigations involving violations of domestic and foreign anti-bribery legislation, as well as in the conduction of due diligence and implementation of corporate compliance programs. Additionally, Mr. Prevelato specializes in White-Collar Crime, having represented clients in major law enforcement operations and advised on matters regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) prevention.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2013 from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, he holds a post-graduate degree in Constitutional Law (2014) and he is specialized in White-Collar Crime from IASP/Universidad Pompeu Fabra (2017).
