Renata Politanski focuses her practice on compliance, investigations, and government enforcement since 2014.  She has solid experience with Administrative Law, mainly with public tenders, public infrastructure concessions, administrative contracts, and administrative improbity. Ms. Politanski coordinated several highly complex independent corporate investigations involving different jurisdictions, concerning a wide variety of issues and with report to authorities. She has advised companies from different industries on every stage of implementation and enhancement of their compliance programs. She has represented different domestic and foreign companies before Brazilian authorities in Administrative Accountability Proceedings.

Ms. Politanski also has international experience. Between 2023 and 2024, she was part of the White Collar & Investigations group at the New York office of the leading international law firm Arnold & Porter.

Ms. Politanski earned her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2016 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), she is specialized in Compliance by Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2017), holds a post-graduate degree in Administrative Law by Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2019), and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School (2023). Ms. Politanski is currently pursuing a Master of Laws degree in public law at Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas (est. 2024).
